Ron Williams, a native Chicagoan, helps lead strategy and sales at Red Sands Global — a firm built on one core mission: making global commodity transactions faster, more trustworthy, and more reliable for buyers and sellers worldwide. With 17 years in the commodities industry and an elite career spanning the U.S. Army, Michelin, GE, KPMG, and Clearview Consulting, Ron brings rare cross-industry depth and extensive experience in vertical integration strategies across multiple industries, including oil and gas. His consulting tenure at KPMG — where he partnered with industry leaders like Halliburton, Chevron, and others to maximize operational efficiencies and apply technology in bold, transformative ways — sharpened a decisive edge: he doesn't just understand the commodities market, he has codified what actually works in it. As a Principal, Ron's unique perspective on the industry, market dynamics, and channel partner positioning gives him an instinct for relationship building and partnership development that few can match. It is this expertise that makes him a vital force in RSG's strategy for delivering high growth and high value to its clients and partners. Now, Red Sands Global is channeling that collective expertise into building an AI-powered transaction business model poised to help reshape global oil and gas commodities transactions.

Gary is a former U.S. Navy pilot and accomplished business leader with more than 30 years of experience in sales and marketing, operations, training, logistics, program management, and organizational leadership. At RSG, Gary serves as a Strategic Operations and Logistics Advisor, where he leverages his extensive background to optimize field performance, streamline supply chains, and improve workforce systems. His proven leadership across both aviation, technology and energy sectors makes him a valuable asset in driving operational excellence and ensuring project success in dynamic, high- stakes environments. Gary earned a BS in International Business from Jacksonville University, and an MS in Management from the US Naval Postgraduate School. He is type rated in the Gulfstream G280, Embraer Phenom 300, Hawker 400, Honda Jet, every version of the King Air, Sikorsky S-70, and has served as Training Captain and Check Airman for various private aviation companies.
